Current Procedure: Any item under $250.00 may be charged to the current fiscal year. This was last updated in FY12. New Procedure: Any expense item under $2,500.00 can be charged to the current fiscal year. Please apply on an item by item basis (if 3 memberships, then threshold applies to each membership). NOTE: This does NOT apply to payment that exclusively for the following fiscal year(s) such as prepaid airfare, registrations, membership, etc. The Budget Office is aware of this change should it put departments in an adverse position for FY20.
